The Glowzilla is an awesome addition to anyone’s camping or storm kit. It is compact, light and performs multiple functions thanks to its unique fold out wings. First impressions are that the Glowzilla is a sleek looking table lamp, but closer inspection reveals it is so much more.
As a table lamp light spreads around 360°, utilising two settings of 50 & 100% that puts out 100 and 400 Lumens for 3 & 6 hrs respectively. The SMD LEDs are bright so they are covered with a matt finish opaque plastic to soften the light while not losing luminosity. One challenge with table lamps is they often shine into your eyes across a table. Glowzilla’s 4 folding wings allow you to fold them down to 45°, eliminating this problem. When the wings are fully folded down the Glowzilla transforms into an area light that can be hung using its metal hook to light up a larger area.

If an area needs to be well lit then the last function turns on all LEDs shining 450 Lumens covering up to 20m for 2.5hrs. The base of the Glowzilla also has LEDs on it that allow it to beused as a torch or soft area light shining 150 Lumens for 7 hrs. There’s nothing prehistoric about the Glowzilla!
